"sizes feel consistent every order"
i’ve ordered from loft a handful of times now, and the sizing has been really reliable for me. i’m usually a medium or an 8, and that’s stayed true for tops, pants, and dresses. it makes shopping online way less frustrating. a couple fabrics have fit a little differently, but nothing major. overall, i feel like i can confidently pick my usual size

I’ve been shopping at LOFT for years, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back is the rewards. They actually feel useful, especially since I’m earning points on things I was already planning to buy anyway. The birthday reward is a nice little perk too.
The emails can be a bit much sometimes, but I do appreciate that the discounts and rewards are easy to use online. I’ve never had trouble applying them at checkout, which makes the whole thing feel hassle-free...

The shipping was surprisingly fast. I’ve had good luck shopping on loft.com. I feel like the last time I ordered was maybe back in April or May, not totally sure, but they actually had the colors and sizes I wanted in stock. Sale stuff can disappear fast, which is kind of expected, but overall I don’t usually have to keep checking back over and over just to find my size
